What a fascinating picture! This is a really great capture – it fills me with a sense of both awe and inferiority, and that sort of contrast is what makes shots like these so compelling.

I really like the way you emphasized the distance by having the darker tones in the foreground and the lighter tones in the background. The lower contrast in the mountain peak in the back looks really good in my opinion. I also really like the sharp edges and dark shapes, especially in juxtaposition to the soft white snow. I don't really know how intentional all of this was, but it works.

I feel I must mention the viewing platform in the top left of the frame. For a long time I couldn't decide whether or not I liked it, because generally speaking I hate seeing evidence human existence in nature shots. But there are, of course, exceptions – this being one of them. Yeah, I decided I liked it there because it really displays the sheer magnitude of the mountain and shows how truly powerless human beings are in comparison to such a monolith. And now that I've decided I like it, I've also decided it's placed rather nicely in the frame – not drawing my attention away from the rest of the shot, but not too far off that it seems out-of-place.

The main thing I don't like about this picture is that the peak isn't in the frame. I really really really would love to see this picture extended so that the top of the mountain is in view. There's not much else to say about that – I feel cheated to see such great potential and not being able to reach the zenith.

All in all, you're almost there, but I want more. :]
